These cookies were made for a Golden Eagle wrestler's 7th Birthday. I tried a new technique with these cookies. I used a clear sheet with a template underneath to pipe the wrestler onto. This way I could make them all the same with out having to free hand them. It worked for about half of the cookies.... the arms and legs were so delicate they kept wanting to break at the limbs when transferring from the clear sheet to the cookie. So went back to free hand for the other half. What would be really nice is a KopyCake. It is a small projector that projects the image onto the cookie. Then you can pipe the image very easily. Maybe I'll ask Santa for one! :) Well next post will be all about Valentines! I have more than enough cookies to keep me busy!
